Our GROWTH approach for leadership coaching comes out of our years of experience helping executives make real change.
Senior executives are time crunched and any successful development approach needs to account for that. There is an art to finding the right levers to create true change. Coaching must be targeted, laser focused and pragmatic so that it relieves rather than adds to the executive’s burden. It also needs to be flexible.
We work with each client in whatever way best meets the needs at hand. That could mean monthly or bi-weekly coaching sessions, a series of shadowing sessions or ad hoc phone consults.
