Rapidly developed programs, resources and communications for a philanthropic foundation to support wellbeing and build capacity for leading and working in virtual teams. Brought in a mindfulness expert to create an 8-week resilience program and a virtual facilitation expert to lead trainings.
Designed strategic learning programs and targeted workshops for a range of organizations. For example, supported a consulting firm’s growth and expansion plans by building key manager capabilities (e.g. feedback, coaching and delegation) and cross-functional leadership.
Served as lead consultant for a fast-growing company to create a culture and workplace that the leadership “wanted to live in.” Worked to develop and structure a team that rolled out an evolving learning program to support ongoing culture development.
Designed and facilitated executive team meetings and retreats for the CEO of a philanthropic foundation. Ensured that the issues of highest importance were addressed in a way that deepened trust between team members so they could lead the organization in a more aligned, responsive way.
Supported the CEO of an entertainment company by developing company-wide communications that provided a motivating, weekly direction for the organization. Fostered a sense of being in it together and responsiveness to the times.
Worked in partnership with the new HR director of a philanthropy who was charged with shepherding the organization through a CEO change and the launch of a DEI initiative. Provided strategic guidance, best practices, communications support, and identification and management of external experts.
